The four-storey self catering holiday cottage in St Ives, Cornwall, has been created in a 19th century fisherman’s house and retains all the character and features of the original building.
The front door opens out onto the beautiful cobbled lane of The Digey with Porthmeor beach located 2 minutes walk to the right and Fore street located seconds to the left.

Tastefully decorated in a simplistic style with stripped floorboards, the house is comfortably furnished and has a light and airy feel whilst retaining the fisherman’s house identity.

The open plan living and dining area is ideal for socialising and relaxing in. Facilities include two sofas, a Smart TV and separate DVD player, dining table with 8 chairs, electric fire and fixed stair gate. A well-equipped kitchen comes with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, separate undercounter fridge and freezer and two bar stools so you can keep the chef company! The bathroom is located on the ground floor and consists of a bath with a shower over, wash basin and WC. There is a further WC on the 2nd floor.

The four bedrooms (two double and two full sized bunk beds) are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. All four bedrooms include a hand wash basin. One of the double rooms also boasts rooftop views over Smeaton’s Pier.

For those rainy days, there is a small selection of books, DVDs and board games. There is also a selection of buckets and spades, and beach games provided.
